I have over 15 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist and I am dedicated to helping patients of all ages achieve their highest level of function and return to the activities they love. I provide individualized care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, treating a wide variety of orthopedic, sports-related, balance and vestibular conditions.

My passion for physical therapy began at a young age through my own personal experiences with injuries and multiple surgeries during my teenage years and early adulthood. Having spent many hours as a patient in rehabilitation, I gained a firsthand understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that accompany recovery. These experiences inspired me to pursue a career in physical therapy and fueled my commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

As a former collegiate athlete, I understand the importance of movement, performance, and injury prevention. My background in competitive sports gives me a unique perspective when working with athletes of all levels, from youth sports participants to active adults seeking to return to recreational or competitive activities.

Outside of the clinic, I continue to share my love of sports as a softball coach, mentoring athletes and promoting teamwork, confidence, and healthy lifestyles. I believe that effective rehabilitation is built on strong relationships, individualized treatment plans, and empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery.

My practice welcomes referrals for most spine disorders, and we accept most major insurance providers, as well as Medicare.
