 Seth Joseffer, M.D. - Neurosurgeon

Seth Joseffer, M.D. is a general neurosurgeon who specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery.

A native to the northeast, Dr. Joseffer became fascinated with the functionality of the brain after witnessing his first brain surgery during his undergraduate studies at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He went on to pursue a medical degree from New York University Medical School, where he graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors, the equivalent to Phi Beta Kappa. He completed his residency at NYU Department of Neurosurgery in 2005 and received special training in minimally invasive spine surgery. He went on to receive Gamma Knife Radiosurgery training at the Cleveland Clinic.

As a Princeton Brain and Spine Care physician, Dr. Joseffer is focused on providing his community with exceptional health care. He is dedicated to upholding a “Patient First” approach and believes that his patients deserve specialized, unhurried, one-on-one attention. He regards the doctor-patient relationship as sacred and strives to provide all patients with compassion and expertise.

Dr. Joseffer has made significant contributions to the medical community as a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. In addition, he has given numerous presentations in the United States and Canada. As an active contributor to medical research, he has published several articles in the Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery & Psychiatry, the American Journal of Neuroradiology, and Neurosurgery: Official Journal of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.

Dr. Joseffer is a dedicated runner who also enjoys golfing and hiking. He is relocating to the Princeton area with his wife, Patty, so he can be closer to family and fulfill his dream of practicing patient-centered brain and spine care.
